Palates & Miles publishes editorial notes designed for planning. Content is provided for general information only. We aim for accuracy, but details can change.

4. Digital products

From time to time we sell downloadable digital products (including PDF guides) (“Digital Products”).

Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically. Where instant access is provided, a download link will be made available after checkout and or by email.

Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use it for your own personal use.

You must not copy, share, redistribute, reproduce, resell, or make the Digital Product available to others in any form without our written permission.

5. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods made available on the Site.

If any taxes apply, they will be shown during checkout where relevant.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refunds and cancellations for Digital Products

All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days. However, this right is generally lost for digital content once download or access begins, if you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged you will lose the right to cancel.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are offered at our discretion and may be time limited. Unless stated otherwise:

  • codes cannot be combined

  • codes apply only to eligible items

  • codes may be withdrawn at any time before purchase is completed
